Toma

Thirty-two year old Captain Emil Toma is a Gold-ranked officer of the Crescian Peaceguard and a figure of some renown among Cresce and its allies. Along with his Lieutenant and friend Elka, and comrades Petr, Siwl, and Maika, Toma has been in pursuit of the Red Berry Boys for nearly two months.

Background

Though hailing from a modest military background, Toma is married to a Sonorie cousin, making him a member of one of Cresce's most privileged families. After an illustrious decade in the army he's been among the Peaceguard's ranks only two years, mainly fulfilling special domestic assignments for the Queen herself. Toma has one daughter, a girl named Chea, to whom he sends badges from every foreign Peaceguard and Constabulary office he visits.
